		<description>So why not maintain your Telstra line &amp; hook up to VOIP through a modem then if ADSL goes down you still have our line to receive &amp; make calls from.
Of course you move to a cheaper line rental which means you&#039;re paying premium price for Telstra calls when &amp; if you lose ADSL, but it&#039;s a workaround for now,

		<description>We have been thinking about VOIP for a while now but the concern is that when the ADSL lines are down, no one can call in unless there is a system where it could revert back to normal phone lines when ADSL is down. The costs so far has been too prohibitive for small businesses to join in the VOIP trend.</description>
