Dave, I have selflessly decided to offer my time to move into the Queensland Home offered on the video until it is Sold.

I will field all enquiries until I find a suitable vendor. In fact Robert, I will offer to move in to many of the homes you have for sale until they are sold - yes free of charge!

Hey there. I hope the A dvertiser won't sue me for all I'm worth for reproducing this story of theirs here. It's just such a great example of why agents need programs like Agent of the Year. Peter, thanks again.

`Little things' sell

WHEN real estate agent Kim Schmid listed a holiday home she thought was going to be difficult to sell, she tackled the situation the best way she could think of - and moved in.
"I left the sign out the front for the whole weekend and I ended up getting 11 offers on it," she said.
It was just another of those "little things" Ms Schmid added to her service that resulted in her winning South Australian agent of the year in the 2006 realestate.com.au awards.
The nomination from her vendors had described her as someone who "goes the extra mile for her clients".
This included door knocking every home her clients fancied - despite them not being up for sale - and arranging opens so they could get a real feel for their dream home.
Ms Schmid, who has worked in the industry for six years since closing her curtain business, said the public was often too quick to stereotype real estate agents. "Everyone is always so busy comparing real estate agents to car sales people and advertising how bad agents are," she said.
"But there are some very, very good ones out there.
"I couldn't believe it when I won last year . . . (it) is really nice to be recognised."
Nominations are open for this year's award. Submissions can be made at www.realestate.com.au/agentoftheyear

Congratulations, Peter! It's fantastic that you've been named in the top 100.

Now, if you could only monetize the traffic.... ;)

Really, congratulations.

Congrats mate.

Top 100 blogs is great, and I have checked your site popularity, outstanding as below:
Business2.com.au
business2.com.au

Traffic Rank for business2.com.au: 286,806

This means you are the 286,000th most popular site in THE WORLD. No mean feat at all, and yes, the links and email members certainly help. You have some interesting sites linking in!!!

Traffic Rank for business2.com.au: 296586,890307196 (60,858)
Speed: V873148ery23 Slow 8884258 41 26 3 63 7 (825939% of 9766s85ites 62are fa59ster), 69 27 47 Avg L5o671987ad18 T94ime:44 6056 8626 3554 5.8 Secon97ds 7674418261 9324 96
Other sites that link to this site: 9

I would now suggest a little PPC campaign to increase this ranking and sites linking.

Me too,

Congratulations.

Best Agents hay?

The industry wants minimum wages without debit credit system?

The curent media on Agents want commission only because they can earn more money is a scam.
