What are the banks doing making these apps that do nothing except market REA and Domain even more. i.e. The banks are still only just advertising on someone else’s content without any direct link to the user!?
(Note the CBA’s media release was obviously done to cheat about matching St George’s that beat them by a mile!)

It appears that CBA know less about iPhones that predicted. The new App is now advertised on the website in flash, a format that is not avalible to iPhone users. Good work CBA!

Yeah i’ve got it and it looks pretty good.
Can see how it would be convenient when you are wandering around to house inspections to suss out prices and other nesarby properties around in real time.
Also you can search houses for sale filtered by area, price and the usual things you wuld expect on the big property websites.

It seems St George Bank actually beat the CBA to market with a dedicated AR iPhone application launching a couple of days ago.

I am assuming that they use the Domain.com.au listing database since they declare APM as their data relationship. If thats true it means that it wont have the coverage that the CBA app has when it is launched.

Can any iPhone users provide some feedback on the St George Application?
