All of us here at business2.com.au wish to extend to all of our visitors, regulars and the like a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We hope to see you again in 2010 and will be closed for new posts for most of the Christmas break. We will of course be releasing our Dumb and Dumber Awards for 2009 and a list of the decades 10 worst moves in real estate before the year is out!

It’s nearly xmas so I thought I would create a list of the top 10 Gadgets for real estate agents. Some of them you would expect but others might be a surprise.

Tablet PC

Tablet PC’s are starting to become very popular in the US amongst real estate agents but have yet to take off here in Australia because of the lack of wireless broadband till recently.. but as we finally get easy access to wireless broadband their popularity will rise dramatically. Tablets are the real portable computer that laptops want to be. Try to open up a laptop behind the steering wheel of your car or maybe taking notes as the seller gives you tour throughout the house.

Just want to wish all of my readers particularly the people who comment on this blog a safe and Happy Christmas and New Year. This time of year is all about sharing special times with the people you care about most – so be good and do everything with a smile on your face!

The site has grown somewhat unexpectedly and its popularity is done to the way in which you all conduct yourselves and the ideas you bring to this forum. Looking forward to 2007 with a renewed sense of vigour!
