This new FREE browser will free up your time, has loads of great features, such as tabbed browsing, which will save you so much time (makes managing listings 75% faster than using Internet explorer) and also optional extensions. Don’t forget to get the English Dictionary add-on so you can use it to spell check any data entered into website forms - such as your listing software.
Google Local Business: Why pay for tacky local business sites when all you need to do is use Google Local Business. You business will appear in Google Search Results as well as on Google Map. Millions of people search Google Maps every day. A free listing on Google Maps makes it easy for them to find you. Use the Local Business Center to create your free listing. When potential customers search Maps for local information, they’ll find your business: your address, hours of operation, even photos of your storefront or products. It’s easy, free, and you don’t need a website of your own.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics allows you to input Google code into your site (takes your developer less than an hour) and get pure, easy to understand statistical data of your website’s visitors behaviour, popularity of individual pages, visitors to and from, honestly this program is so huge, you could spend days looking over all of the data of your website.
Google Earth: Google Earth takes satellite images of earth and puts them on steroids. Most major Australian capital cities are covered in glorious clear detail. You can also take snapshots or link to properties for sale by longitude and latitude measurements on Google Earth communities. Honestly just take it for a test drive and see what you can do. Showing your site visitors views from above will give them a great perspective of where properties are located. This program will only get better and will eventually include street maps and directions as well as business data.
Picasa: Another FREE offering from Google allows you to manage all of your photographs, touch them up, print, email, export, resize. The software actually does allot of the work for you. From the moment you install the software it scours your hard drive for all images and movie and places them into folders for powerful viewing. Email a batch of them at one or resize and export them into folders. The touch up tools are also amazing!
