How many people see your Online Brand? What do people think? If you do not have an easy to use, understand statistics engine then you will not really have a clue. If you do not conduct surveys with your site users and your vendors you will never know. Address these things with your web developer today!

Each and every day people visit your website and make a decision about your company, a bad impression will almost certainly result in a loss of business and you will never know about it.

Is your brand consistent?
If I were to publish your website Home page in a real estate newspaper guide (full page) would you be embarrassed? I would say around 70% of private agents websites would be. The majority of these reflect none of the brands we see from the same agents in newspapers, sign boards, window cards and brochures.

Your brand should be consistent across every platform!
Every day when people visit your site they make a judgement about your company. Many potential vendors are looking into the ease of use and professional presentation of other vendors listings on your website.

Structure
Your branding should be structured and consistent across your whole website, it should compliment and not overwhelm and it should be crisp and clean.

Note: Never, I repeat never have a splash screen or flash introduction, you might like it but it just shows how little you know about the Internet medium and how little you care for your site users.
