Words don’t come easy!

In a book I recently purchased call “Freakonomics : A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything” the Author Stephen D. Wright explores (not in detail) a series of economic effects and when dealing with real estate found that descriptive words for properties for sale such as “gourmet and “granite” obtain higher prices than vague descriptions like “charming” and “great area”, which his research has shown drives property prices lower.

The book explores many other econimic and side effects of decisions made by business and government and it makes for a great read.
