Aside from the standard list of features normally found on most real estate websites, Homes247 provides the following additional features;

  • free live data Property Reports for most For Sale properties

  • the ability to submit an expression of interest online, and
  • new listings by date in search results

Michael says:

In the next 12 months the team at Homes247 hope to release a comprehensive range of additional services to its real estate clients. Providing them with instant single-click results for real estate data;

This data could be invaluable to the client.

For such a new portal, Homes247 are showing some great innovation and we look forward to their future updates. With no cost to market your properties on Homes247 there shouldn’t be any reason why your agency does not sign up and support them today.

    3000 visits a day, that’s good.

    Can someone show me a Google search where they appear in the results ?

    yep- query the same.
    But the joke of the day is article on propertyportalwatch saying that Domain got 266m page views last month. This equates to around 88 page views per visitor per day- they wish.

    So stats stats and damn lies.

    Vic…

    “266m” – is that 266 thousand?? I’d normally take “m” to mean million….just thought I’d try and clarify

    It’s 266 Million Stewart. It might be a misprint on the part of the reporter. 26.6million would be closer to the mark I would guess.

    Vic they are probably including image hits in that figure.

    Hmm that still doesn’t quite tally up. Perhaps they are also including ad hits as well? That would get those kinds of numbers. 😛

    Still Nick, seems misleading, calling it page views, then.
