IPMG has acquired leading real estate software and solutions provider ReNet as part of its strategic plan to deepen its service offering in the online real estate market.

Established in 2002 and based in Coffs Harbour, the sole focus of ReNet’s experienced and talented team has been on servicing the real estate agency solutions market.

This has earned ReNet the reputation as one of Australia’s leading, independently owned providers of customer relations management (CRM), front office and workflow software solutions to real estate agents.

Both ReNet and IPMG’s existing online real estate brand homehound.com.au, will fall under the stewardship of Scott Schindler, current CEO and founder of ReNet.

This arrangement will take advantage of existing synergies, creating additional value for joint clients of the businesses and positions IPMG for growth in the online real sector over the coming years.
